Project Description

CoolKid Clinic is a Melbourne based specialist psychology clinic for children, adolescents and their families. The principal of CoolKid Clinic is Kim Sheppard, a psychologist with 19 years experience in working with children and their families. We specialize in the assessment, diagnosis and support of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We used evidenced based, best practice approaches to intervention and work in collaboration with the child’s family and other allied health service providers involved in the child’s care. We provide individual psychology support for children with ASD. In this area our focus is on functional skills driven by the overarching goal of increasing the child’s opportunities to access fulfilling social connections, appropriate education and to effectively regulate emotions (anger mangement and anxiety reduction). As a comprehensive approach, CoolKid Clinic provides home and school based Behavioural Intevention Programs. These are programs, or invidualised goals, aimed at assisting the parents/school/community to best support the child with ASD as they learn and participate in life at home and within the community.

Cool Kid Psychology Website Design Challenge

Cool Kid Psychology had contacted us to help design and build their new website. The website design had to be bright and colorful so it will give off a friendly vibe. On the home page you will notice a large image slider and underneath 3 boxes with quick links to information. Overall a clean and professional website that looks great on all devices.
