Project DescriptionCrossFit is based on the principles of constantly varied, functional movement, executed at high intensity. What does this mean? You’ll be lifting weights one day. Running the next. Interval training after that. Sometimes it’ll be a race against the clock; other times you’re aiming to better previous personal records you’ve achieved. The best thing about it is that your progress is measureable. You’ll be able to quantify your results and constantly create new benchmarks to work towards. This type of training works. You’ll develop your strength, stamina, flexibility, endurance, power, speed, balance, agility, coordination and accuracy. At CrossFit BFS we combine exercises from the principles of weightlifting, gymnastics, rowing, track and field – and we mix it up – so your body is always adapting, getting stronger, faster and better conditioned!
