ome@nias is located in Lagundri Bay, on the southern tip of Nias. All rooms have stunning views of the famous right hander surfbreak straight in front of Home@nias. Room rate includes breakfast, airport transfers, housekeeping several times a week, laundry, and use of pool table downstairs. Home@nias is located in Lagundri Bay, where the famous right hander unrolls. The wave is almost mechanical – as each set hits the reef it breaks to pefection. The wave operates perfectly from 3ft to 10ft+. The break is not dangerous compared to other reef breaks, thanks to the depth of the water making it safe to surf high or low tide. Access is easy thanks to a break in the reef called the ‘keyhole’, allowing you to paddle out behind the wave and sit in position, making it a friendly wave for beginners to advanced surfers.

Home at Nias Website Design Challenge

Home at Nias contacted us to help design and build their new website for their surf accommodation. The website had to have the surfer look and feel to it but also to be visually appealing and easy to navigate. You will notice when you first enter the site the home page has images and text that slide in to grab your attention, slide down the page and it explains a bit about them with a few pictures. The top menu navigation has been set up so it’s easy to go through each page.
